Matt Fairbank has opened Sageland Mediation and Facilitation Service in Yakima WA. Sageland will work primarily with workgroups seeking to improve productivity, employee relations and morale, families working to address changes in living and health needs of seniors and heirs sorting out conflicts related to trusts and estates. Mr. Fairbank has been a mediator and facilitator since 1992 and served as the Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas Counties from 1998 to 2017.
